Ingvar Nilsson, a former engineer, and an experienced fly fisher, crafts and builds a set of exclusive fly reels. His reels combine design elements from fly-fishing history ( think H.L. Leonard and E. Vom Hofe) with modern technology. When it comes to split-cane rods, Ingvar-of-Sweden reels are tailor-made. A more classic, elegant, and functional combination is difficult to imagine. Each reel is a machined aluminium handcrafted piece. They come with a prefixed click-drag system and have non-interchangeable fixed spools. You may order either right or left hand retrieve. Each reel has an individual serial number and is guaranteed for life against failure of materials or workmanship. Included with purchase is a beautiful moose skin reel pouch.

These reels are made in Sweden and turn around times may differ. In-house stock is often depleted so please discuss your order by contacting us well in advance of your desired delivery date.
